Powered by machine learning, Discovery Commerce connects the perfect product to the right person – before they’ve even started looking for it. And once people discover a product, it's giving them a seamless way to buy it - with fewer forms and taps.
In our first episode of the Marketing Summit Series, find out more about how we’re building these solutions, covering topics, like rich data, sophisticated advertising tools, engaging shopping experiences and secure data handling.
RICH DATA
Nobody knows your customers better than you. And so, when you share the things you know about them, the system can find more people like them i.e. those who are most likely to want to hear from you.
SOPHISTICATED ADVERTISING TOOLS
Then, with some help from machine learning, Facebook will show you which of your creative assets are likely to be most relevant to the people in those audiences.
ENGAGING SHOPPING EXPERIENCES
Following that, with your own digital storefront, people can be easily moved from discovery to purchase. They’re already engaging with your product, in a place where they love spending time, so there’s minimal friction.
SECURE DATA HANDLING
The system is rooted in privacy and security; protecting people’s privacy by respectfully using data to drive personalised marketing.
